Masterplanning & Design of a almost self-sufficient Distillery. Together with client and consultants a complete supply & waste re-use system was developed on the rehabilitated Cattle & Banana land. Waste from the Distilling process is treated on site then used as fertiliser on Citrus & Botanical groves which are then used as flavourings. Distillery buildings nestle into the hill providing a hidden grotto entrance and terrace above.
